Official Bio

Eric Bryant Johnson is an author, pastor, communicator, cultural architect, and founder whose work explores the intersection of faith, humanity, creativity, leadership, and culture.

For more than three decades, Eric has worked with people and organizations around the world, helping leaders grow, communities flourish, and people imagine what could be. As a speaker and communicator, he has traveled the world speaking to churches, conferences, leaders, and communities across diverse cultures and contexts.

At the center of his work is a deep curiosity about the human experience and a conviction that faith should not cause us to retreat from the complexity of the world, but equip us to enter it with wisdom, courage, creativity, empathy, and hope.

Eric is the founder of STUDIO in Greenville, South Carolina, a community built around the idea of creating a place where God and people meet, where beautiful things happen and beautiful things are created.

He is also the co-founder of Legends Golf, which brings men together through golf, friendship, formation, and meaningful experiences.

Whether he is speaking, writing, coaching leaders, building communities, or walking a golf course, Eric keeps returning to a simple question:

What kind of future are we creating?

His newest book, This Is Not the End: The Future Is More Hopeful Than We Can Imagine, releases in early 2027 and offers a hopeful vision for God, humanity, culture, and the world ahead.

Eric lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his family.
