Eric Bryant Johnson is an author, pastor, communicator, cultural architect, and founder whose work explores the intersection of faith, humanity, creativity, leadership, and culture.
For more than three decades, Eric has worked with people and organizations around the world, helping leaders grow, communities flourish, and people imagine what could be. As a speaker, he has communicated across diverse cultures and contexts, from churches and conferences to leaders and communities around the world.
At the center of his work is a deep curiosity about the human experience and a conviction that faith should equip us to enter the complexity of the world with wisdom, courage, creativity, empathy, and hope.
Eric and his wife, Candace, founded STUDIO in Greenville, South Carolina, a community built around creating a place where God and people meet, where beautiful things happen and beautiful things are created. He is also the co-founder of Legends Golf Collective, bringing men together through golf, friendship, formation, and meaningful experiences.
Whether speaking, writing, coaching leaders, building communities, or walking a golf course, Eric keeps returning to a simple question: What kind of future are we creating?
His newest book, This Is Not the End: The Future Is More Hopeful Than We Can Imagine, releases in early 2027.

What Makes Me Tick
I love big ideas, meaningful conversations, beautiful things, and people who are trying to make something that matters. I can spend hours talking about theology, culture, leadership, creativity, the future, or why humans do the things we do. I’m fascinated by where the world is going and what it means to live faithfully and fully within it.
I’m also a visionary builder. I love taking an idea scribbled on a napkin and figuring out how to make it real. Churches, communities, events, books, businesses, experiences, conversations. I come alive when imagination turns into possibility and possibility turns into something people can actually experience.

I’m endlessly curious about faith, culture, humanity, and the future. I write and speak to explore big questions, challenge assumptions, awaken imagination, and help people see possibilities they may have missed.
People + Possibility
I am fascinated by people, ideas, and what happens when the two collide. I’m constantly connecting dots, sharing discoveries, introducing people to new ideas, and asking, “Have you ever thought about this?” I love opening up worlds for people and creating those moments when something clicks, imagination expands, and suddenly they can see possibilities they couldn’t see before.
